CONTENT MONITORING POLICY
Effective Date: June 4, 2026
1. Purpose and Scope
This Content Monitoring Policy (“Policy”) describes the tools, systems, and processes implemented by EMOTIQ SOCIAL LABS LTD (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operator of the MyAmore.ai platform at myamore.ai (the “Platform”), to monitor, review, and control content across all areas of the Platform.
The Platform is accessible via web browser only. This Policy applies to: (a) all publicly accessible content published on the Platform; and (b) private AI-assisted conversations conducted between users and the Platform’s AI companion service.
This Policy should be read in conjunction with the MyAmore.ai Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
2. Publicly Published Content
2.1 Publisher Restrictions
The Company does not permit public publishing of content by users on its website or platform. All publicly available content, including website pages, marketing materials, AI companion profiles and associated imagery, knowledge base articles, and platform documentation, is created and published exclusively by authorized Company personnel. Users cannot upload external photos or images to the Platform, and no user-generated visual content is displayed publicly.
2.2 Pre-Publication Review Process
Prior to publication, all content undergoes an internal review process to verify compliance with:
Applicable laws and regulations;
Payment network requirements;
Consumer protection standards;
The Company’s Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.
Only authorized team members hold publishing permissions. Content changes are subject to internal approval procedures and periodic compliance reviews.
3. Private AI-Assisted Conversations
3.1 Nature of User Interactions
The Platform provides users with private, text-based AI-assisted conversations accessible via web browser only. Users cannot upload external photos, images, or files to the Platform, and the Platform does not provide functionality for users to generate visual content in real time. As user conversations are private and not publicly accessible, the Company does not perform routine manual monitoring of all user interactions. Instead, the Platform utilizes a multi-layered content monitoring framework designed to minimize harmful or prohibited content.
3.2 Multi-Layered Monitoring Framework
The monitoring framework includes the following tools, systems, and processes:
Automated Content Safety Controls
Automated content safety controls are integrated into the AI response pipeline. These controls detect and prevent prohibited categories of content before responses are delivered to users. All user inputs and AI-generated outputs are processed through automated classifiers that screen for prohibited content in real time, including requests involving minors, explicit prohibited content, and hate speech. Requests triggering these filters are blocked before processing or delivery.
Policy-Based Filtering Mechanisms
Policy-based filtering mechanisms restrict content that violates the Company’s Acceptable Use Policy. These filters operate at the model configuration level and are updated regularly to reflect changes in applicable law, payment network requirements, and Company policy.
Continuous System-Level Monitoring
Continuous system-level monitoring of safety events, policy violations, and abnormal usage patterns is maintained. Monitoring data is reviewed periodically by authorized compliance personnel to identify systemic risks, unusual patterns, or emerging categories of misuse.
User Reporting Functionality
Users may flag responses they consider inappropriate, harmful, misleading, abusive, illegal, or otherwise non-compliant via the reporting function available in their account dashboard, or by contacting support@myamore.ai. All user reports are reviewed within 5 business days of receipt.
Manual Compliance Review
Manual compliance review of escalated reports and flagged incidents is conducted by authorized moderation personnel where necessary. Access to conversation content by moderation staff is limited to authorized personnel and is subject to strict confidentiality obligations.
4. Enforcement Actions
Where a potential violation is identified through automated controls, user reports, or internal reviews, the Company may investigate the matter and take appropriate action. Enforcement measures may include:
Content restriction or removal;
Account limitations or suspension;
Permanent account termination;
Referral to law enforcement authorities where required by applicable law.
The severity of the enforcement action is determined by the nature and gravity of the violation.
5. Record-Keeping and Audit
The Company maintains records of reported incidents and moderation actions for compliance and audit purposes. Records are retained in accordance with applicable data retention requirements and the Company’s Privacy Policy.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
Content monitoring activities are conducted in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy (available at myamore.ai/privacy-policy) and applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Where monitoring involves the processing of personal data, appropriate legal bases are established and data minimisation principles are applied.
7. Policy Updates
This Policy is reviewed and updated periodically to reflect changes in the law, payment network requirements, or the Company’s operational practices. Material changes will be communicated to users via the Platform or by email. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
