Welcome to MyAmore.ai, an AI-powered companion platform operated by EMOTIQ SOCIAL LABS LTD, a private limited company registered in Cyprus ("we," "us," "our," or the "Company"). Our registered address is 1, Konstantinou Skokou Capital Chambers, 2nd Floor, 1061 Nicosia, Cyprus.

By accessing or using the MyAmore.ai website located at myamore.ai, our mobile applications, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you ("User" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Company. We encourage you to read them carefully before using the Service.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

The Service is intended exclusively for adults. By accessing the Service, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age, or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher;

  • You have the full legal capacity to enter into these Terms;

  • You are not located in a jurisdiction where accessing this type of content is prohibited by law;

3.1 Account Creation

  • Log out of your account at the end of each session on shared devices.


We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.

3.3 Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@myamore.ai or using the account deletion feature in your account dashboard. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice.

4. Description of the Service

4.1 AI Companion Platform

MyAmore.ai provides an AI-powered virtual companion experience, enabling users to engage in text-based conversations, receive AI-curated images selected from a pre-approved image library based on conversational context, and interact with customizable AI personas. The Service is designed for adult entertainment, emotional engagement, and personal companionship in a fictional, non-real context.

4.2 Content Standards

The Service operates with defined content tiers. Standard access permits the following content:

  • Images depicting swimwear, lingerie, lace, and similar intimate apparel;

  • Suggestive, provocative, and seductive poses that emphasize the body and sensuality;

  • Erotic and intimate text-based conversations, including romantic roleplay and suggestive dialogue;

  • Emphasis on body features such as deep necklines, cleavage (without visible nipples), and body contours;

  • Topless imagery where nipples are not visible;

  • Backgrounds, props, and thematic settings that evoke sensuality or fantasy;

  • Fetish-inspired aesthetics including stockings, garters, corsets, and similar attire;

  • BDSM-themed aesthetics and imagery (non-explicit).

4.3 Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited across all tiers of the Service:

  • Visible nipples, genitalia, or explicit sexual acts;

  • Depictions of ejaculation, bodily fluids, or graphic sexual content;

  • Any content involving, suggesting, or roleplaying scenarios with minors (persons under 18), including but not limited to school uniforms used in a sexual context or age-ambiguous characters;

  • Content that degrades, humiliates, or dehumanizes individuals based on protected characteristics;

  • Content promoting violence, hate speech, or illegal activities;

  • Real person impersonation without consent.

4.4 Content Monitoring Policy

4.5 Premium Features and Risk Mode

Certain more explicit content categories may be made available exclusively to verified premium subscribers who have opted into a designated 'Risk Mode' feature, where such functionality is offered. Access to Risk Mode requires additional age and identity verification, explicit opt-in consent, and is subject to applicable laws in your jurisdiction. Risk Mode content remains subject to the prohibited content list in Section 4.3 at all times.

4.6 AI Disclaimer

All AI personas, characters, and generated content on MyAmore.ai are entirely fictional and generated by artificial intelligence. No content represents real individuals. Conversations with AI companions do not constitute real relationships, professional advice, or therapeutic services. The Service is provided for entertainment purposes only.

5. Subscriptions, Payments, and Billing

5.1 Subscription Plans

The Service is available under free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions unlock additional features including unlimited messaging, AI-curated photo matching, voice interaction, enhanced memory, and access to all characters. Details of current plans and pricing are available on the pricing page of our website.

5.2 Billing and Automatic Renewal

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fee to your selected payment method. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time using either of the following methods: (1) Account dashboard: log in to your account at myamore.ai, navigate to “Manage Billing,” and click “Cancel Subscription”; or (2) Email cancellation: send a cancellation request to support@myamore.ai from the email address associated with your account, including your account email and the subject line “Subscription Cancellation Request.” We will confirm your cancellation by email within 2 business days. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No pro-rated refunds are provided for partial billing periods, except as required by applicable law.

5.4 Refund Policy

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer protection law. Users may request a full refund within 24 hours of the initial subscription purchase regardless of whether the Service has been accessed. All refund requests must be submitted to support@myamore.ai.

For users in the European Union, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland: if you have not commenced use of the Service (including initiating any conversations) following your purchase, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason (cooling-off period). To exercise this right, contact us at support@myamore.ai. If you have commenced use of the Service following your purchase, you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is forfeited upon commencement of such use.

Refunds are issued solely to the original purchaser and may only be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Refund requests must be submitted directly by the account holder and will not be processed on behalf of third parties.

5.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. We will provide at least 30 days’ notice of any price changes via email or notice posted on the website. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5.6 Billing Descriptor

For your privacy and discretion, charges from the Service may appear on your bank or card statement under a neutral descriptor that does not reference the nature of the Service. For specific billing inquiries, please contact support@myamore.ai.

6. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

By using the Service, you agree not to:

  • Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with any security feature of the Service;

  • Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or scripts to access or interact with the Service;

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service;

  • Upload, share, or distribute any malware, viruses, or harmful code;

  • Harass, threaten, or harm other users or our staff;

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose, including generating illegal content;

  • Attempt to solicit or extract personal information about our team members or other users;

  • Represent AI-generated content as real or use it to deceive, defraud, or harm others;

  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent bans, restrictions, or limitations;

  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.


We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against violations, including reporting to law enforcement authorities.

Where a user's conduct involves illegal content, including but not limited to content that sexually exploits or depicts minors, we reserve the right to immediately and permanently suspend the account without prior notice and without refund, and to report such conduct to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Company IP

All content, software, designs, trademarks, logos, and technology comprising the Service are the intellectual property of EMOTIQ SOCIAL LABS LTD or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7.2 Generated Content

AI-generated images, text, and other content produced through the Service are generated on your behalf for your personal use. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit such content without our prior written consent. We retain all intellectual property rights in the underlying models, algorithms, and generation processes.

7.3 User Content

By submitting any content to the Service (including messages, customization inputs, and feedback), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, process, and store such content for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this license.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, inconsistent, or unexpected. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or appropriateness of AI responses. You acknowledge that you interact with AI systems and not real human beings.

9.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EMOTIQ SOCIAL LABS LTD and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
